(Received Juast Night, 1U.20 o'clock
LONDON, May 18. The command performance of the late Lord Lytton's play "Money," at the Drury Lane Theatre, was a brilliant affair. \ # The theatre was decorated with white cloth and gold fringe festoons and crimson flowers. The boxes were outlined with real red tulips, and the stalls with carnations. The Royal party occupied a special box. Half the dress circle was reserved for ladies, and there was a wonderful display of jewels. Mr Seymour painted a special surprise curtain, depicting His Majesty the King and the Kaiser, with a figure of "Peace" hovering above. i Sir Squire Bancroft acted as stage i manager.
