SYDNEY, May .15. A mdely constructed airship, thirty feet long and four feet wide, was found , on the beach near Yamba, evidently having been built in the vicinity. No trace kas been found of the builder. INCOME TAX LIMIT. LONDON, May 14. It is understood that the Government intends to lower the income tax limit to reach incomes of £2OO. LATEST GERMAN TORPEDO. BERLIN, May 14. The latest German torpedo is 19£ inches in diameter, with a speed of 72ft per second, and is effective at 4400 yards. FEDERAL REVENUE. MELBOURNE, May 15. The Federal Revenue for nine months ended March 31st is £12,992,000, an increase of £1,458,000 compared with last year. The expenditure is £14,514,000, an increase of | £2,974,000.
