CHARGES OF PERJURY.
GISBORiNtf, Last Night
Two men, named Jas. GJendinning and John mines, were to-day committed for taial on ehargrs of perjury. The latter is a .naif-caste Maori, and the cliarges oi perjury were laid against both by the direction of Mr W. ,A. Barton, S.M., after the hearing of a recent case in which Glendinning was convicted of supplying Haines with liquor outside the Whakatutu Hotel.
