MASTERTON STOCK SALE. . The New Zealand Loan and Mercan-, tile Agency Co., Ltd., report as follows regarding their Aveekly sale at the Solw,ay yards yesterday:—Stock came forward well, both as regards numbers and quality, and with a good round market we made a clearance. with n;:ccp + ion in sheep. In cattle the best included nice quality steers, forward cows and young cattle, all of which changed hands at sound rates. Ewes in lamb ranged from 9s to 10s 6d, medium class, Bs'to 8s 6d; store lambs, 6s *6d; wethers, very forward, up to 13s 6d; stores, lis to 12s; good three-year steers, up to £6; forward cows; £4; stores, £2 10s; 15months heifers, £2 7s 6d; small calves, 10s to 15s.
