SUGGESTED DROPPING OF UNEMPLOYMENT SECTION.

LONDON, May 8
Mr Phil. Snowden, Labour M.P. for Blackburn, in addressing the workers of Blackburn, stated that the contribution fixed under the Invalidity Bill was proportionately too high. He complained of the smallness of the maintenance allowed to women, and suggested the dropping of the unemployment section of the Bill this year.
