The trial has commenced at the Old Bailey, bsforo Mr Justice Grantham, tuid a jurv- of the- persons charged with the murdor or three policemen,, tho wounding of mo others, and with conspiracy to break and enter into the premises of Mr H. S. Harris, Jeweller, of tloundsditch, on December 16th last. Tho prisoners, Russian subjects, are: Jacob Peters, aged twenty-four,. tailor. John Zelin or Rosen, a gen twentysix, barb jr. Zurka Dubof, aged twenty-four, painter.. Nina V.i&silleva, aged twenty-three, cigarette-maker. On the suggestion- of Mr Justice Grantham, the charges of constructive murder against Peters and Dubof weo withdrawn, and they are now charged with being accessories. Zelin and Vassiliera have to mswci charges of murder. Zelin and the other three are al&o charged with conspiring to enter the jeweller's shop with intent to comit a felony l . (Eight prisoners \- ere originally accused, but the following have been discharged—Sara Rosie Trassionsky. aged 26, a skirt finisher; Luba Milstein, aged nineteen, a skirt finisher; Osip Felerof, ago,l engineer; j and Kirl Hoffman, aged twenty-three, pax erha and seaman.)
