OFFICIAL WARNING
GERMANY AND FRANCE. THE MOROCCAN TROUBLE. (Received May 2, 10 a.m.) "BERLIN, May 1. The newspaper Norddeutsche Allgemeine Zeitung, the semi-official organ of the Government, publishes the text of an official warning to France regarding the consequences of any wrong action on her part in Morocco. Tho warning expresses the. hope that events will enable France to keep to her programme not to occupy Fez. "The Independence of the Sultan is an essential feature of the Act of Algeciras, and a breach of it would restore to all the Powers freedom of action in Morocco." The Austrian Foreign Office has issued a similar warning.
REBELS QUARREL AMONG THEMSELVES, (Received ay 2, 8.5 a.m.) * FEZ, May 1. Up to the 23rd April there had been no further attacks by the rebels. Somo of the principal beleagured tribes are quarrelling among themselves. It is estimated that, including Major Bromond's force, there aro four thousand loyalist troops at Fez.,
