PRINCESS DIES OF STARVATION. TWENTY YEARS IN SECLUSION. (Received Last Night, 9.50 o'clock.) ST. PETERSBURG. May 1. Princess Shavoski has died of starvation in a palace in which she had been living in seclusion for twenty yearn in two rooms. As a result of a love affair, the Princess realised her fortune and refused to seo anyone. A servant placed food in one room while the Princess was in hiding in the other. After her death, the police found £IOO,OOO in a mattress.
