FOOTBALL.
THE MASTERTON CLUB. A full practice of the Masterton Club will be held on the old showgrounds on Saturday next, play commencing at 3 o'clock sharp. Teams will be picked from the following:— Yates, A. Thompson, J. Hanley, W. Minett, Johns, Waugh, Douglas, O'Brien, Mcintosh, Jones, Darvill, Norman, Elers, Purdy, White, Kite, C. Osman, Welch, T. O'Dowd, R. Morris, M. O'Leary, Bannister, Thompson, Moersch, Dixon, Spackman, Simonsen, Fuller, Wagg, Jordan, N. Fly, Lett, L. Yates, Billington, Murphy, Bealing, Appelby, McHattie, W. Byrant, C. Jenkins, R. McKenzie, B. Morris, Waterworth. S. Munn, V. Richards, A. Eddie, G McCormick, and C. J. Mackellar. Any intending player whose name has been omitted, and all third class playe«s are requested to attend. Members are also requested to be on tho ground early to enable a punctual start to be made.
