LOS ANGELES OUTRAGE. LABOUR LEADER ARRESTED. (Received April 24, 9 a.m.) NWYORK, April 23. John MeNamara, secretary of the International Bridge and Iron Structural Workers' Union, has been arrested at Indianapolis and charged with' murder in connection" with the dynamiting in September last, of the Los Angeles Times office. Quantities of explosives alleged to have been placed in a barn in the city by the accused have been discovered. A brother of the accused, with another man, has been arrested in Chicago in the same connection.
