FEZ NOT FALLEN. REBELS CAPTURE A TOWN. (Received Last Night, 9.55 o'clock.) PARIS, April 24. Major Bremond, who was heard from on the 18th, is reported to be holding out against the Moors. The morale of the troops under his command is excellent. The Government is sending 12,000 reinforcements, giving Captain Morrier a total of 23,000. The rebels have captured Meguinez, the false reports of the fall of Fez having disheartened, the defenders. The Jewish part of the town was sacked, and many of the inhabitants were massacred. There is no news regarding the European residents. FRENCH DESIGNS. (Received Last Night, 9.55 o'clock.) BERLIN, April 24. The "Vossiche Zeitung" claims to be in possession of information showing the intention of France to occupy Tazaky, in the interior of Morocco. It declares that its occupation would create a new situation and destroy the Algeciras treaty.
