HARBOUR BOARD ELECTION.
WHO IS ENTITLED TO VOTE?
There seems to be a good deal of' misconception in both town and country as to who is entitled to vote in connection with the forthcoming Harbour Board elections. In order to simplify matters we would point out that every person is entitled to vote whose name appears on either the i roll of the Borpuglis or of j •the Town Districts, or the ratepayers' rolls of the Counties.
