TWELVE CANDIDATES NOMINATED. Nominations for the Mayoralty of Masterton and for nine seats on tho Borough Council closed with the Re-.i turning Officer (Mr R. Brown) at j noon yesterday. Mr J. M. Cpradino was the only person nominated for j the Mayoralty, and he was declared I re-elected.
