A "PISTOL" BILL.

(Received April 19, 10.20 a.m.) LONDON, April 18. Mr Winston Churchill, in the House of Commons, said that an Aliens Bill would be introduced. It required in ' certain specified cases two sureties for good behavious for five years. Those already resident for five years would be exempted from the clause. A penalty would be provided for aliens returning after expulsion—twelve months' imprisonment for the first offence, and two years for a seeond. , Mr Churchill added:—"The Government if; introducing a Pistol Bill in tho House of Lords. (Laughter.) It requires that aliens shall obtain a permit to keep pistols, and also enable their premises to be searched."
