THE COPYRIGHT BILL.
(Received April 18, 9.20 a.m.) LONDON. April 17. Mr Longman, the well-known publisher, in a letter to The Times, says that the Copyright Bill gives the right to the ddminions to appeal or amend its application within their particular .spheres. He raises points as to how British authors and artists can obtain the best terms from the The lattor may hamper the copyright by compelling local manufacture. He urges that Britishers should enjoy identical benefits in the Dominions as in England. '
