The Government has issued a strong: manifesto to the nation, describing the monarchy as "a regime of treachery and jobbery."
The Government beseeches the citizens to bury their private rivalry and unite in choosing for Parliament men distinguished by their honesty and competency., '
By thjs means, normal conditions will be, secured, and they will thus definitely consecrate the republic
