LATEST REPORT. The High Commissioner cabled under date April 13th, as follows: Mutton.— The market is quiet. Trade is very disappointing, there being only a very hand-to-mouth demand. Canterbury 3fd per lb, North Island 3£d per lb. Lamib.— There is a good demand on account of Easter. Canterbury, 5d per lb; other than Canterbury, 4fd per lb.
