AMUSEMENTS.
j "THE SNOWBALL." ! We have to remind our readers i that the Mountebanks' two performances of "The Snowball'" are to take place on Easter Saturday and Easter | Monday. The plan is rapidly filling, and a successful season is well-nigh assured. The play is described to be packed with humorous situations, and the fun is clean and wholesome from the rise to the fall of the curtain. When it is remembered that it is from the pen of Sydney Grundy, whose fine work in "Sowing the Wind" and 'ln Honour Beund" is so well realised, we are led to expect something good. As a. curtain raiser we will see for the first time in Masterton a clever one-act comedy, "My Costumier's Bill." As already announced "the harem skirt" will play no inconspicuous part in the sketch. Those who visit the Town Hah will be assured of an excellent performance.
