Madeley; 112 acres to Mr W. Fislier; 111-J- acres to Messrs'H. Cole and.Son; 112 acres to Messrs Cooper Bros.; 72 acres to Mr S. Tankersley; 61 £ acres to Mr Chappell; 1130 acres, Gisborne, to Messrs Shute Bros.; 640 acres, Motu, in Mr G. Donovan; and 18 aores, Taratahi, to Mr F. Roys. These transactions represent a capital value of £23,000. 1 The firm is receiving a large number of enquiries for dairying and small sheep farms, and will he glad to hear from owners desirous of celling.
