SYDNEY, April 11
A financial report presented to the City Council shows that rateable property in Sydney at the end of last year was valued at £52,142,000, an increase of £1,193,000 over the previous year. The revenue increased by over £35,000, and the expenditure by £-19.000. The City's electric lighting service yielded a net profit of £24,712.
