HON. McKENZIE JsGES HIS PLANS. Mr A. W. Hogg, M.P., yesterday wired the Minister for Public Works, suggesting that he should remain in this part of the district sufficiently kg to enable him to inspect the lower end of the proposed Masterton to Pongaroa railway route. Mr Hogg received a, wire last evening, stating that the Minister would be leaving Pongaroa at six o'clock this" morning, and had altered his plans so that he would drive to Masterton via Waterfalls, Alfreclton, angaehu Valley, and the Mount Baker Block.
