DISCUSSED IN THE COMMONS. A MEMBER CALLED TO ORDER. (Received Last Night, 10 o'clock.) LONDON, April 7, Tho Archer-Sheo case has been revived bv the father claiming £IO,OOO damage's, and bitterly complaining m the newspapers that the Admiralty has not expressed its regret. Tho case raised a debate in the House of Commons, when the Right. Hon. R. McKenna, First Lord of the Admiralty, expressed unqualified regret, and agreed that Lord Massey (PBrassey) should fix the compensation and amount of law costs. Mr Ramsay Macdonald protested against a sitting being devoted to the Archer-Shee case. Mr O'Grady was called to order for terming the debate a "d scandal."
