SERIOUS STRAIN
TURKEY AND MONTENEGRO.
VILLAGES DESTROYED. (Reveived April 7, 9 a.m.) LONDON, April 6. ' The Vior-na correspondent of The Times states that Albanians continue to emigrate to Montenegro, and that unless Turkey can pacify the insurgents otherwise than by means of fire and sword, Turco-Montenegrin relations will bo severely strained Turkish irregulars, while marching from Skadra, burned every Albanian village en route. Fighting continues at Tushi. The Turks recaptured a position at Hoti Grudi. but were repulsed at > Kastri, where they lost 11 killed, and 200 wounded. (Received Last Night, 11.10 o'clock.) CONSTANTINOPLE. April 7. The Albanians have taken the offensive at Tushi. Both sides have suffered severe losses.
