In the spring of 1913 Britain would have twenty-nine (?) completed destroyers under 21 years old, and' Germany would have 108. During six years following 1911 and 1912, Britain would be provided with 90 destroyers and 17 protected cruisers, and Germany would have 72 and 12 respectively.
