AUCKLAND, Last Night. | An anomaly liar, been discovered I ,in the schedule of the Harbours j Amendment Act, by which electors in Town and lioad Board districts, ! in which there is a County Council, : will be debarred from voting in the Harbour Board election next month. | The Counties affected are Waiter j mata, Raglan, Waikato, and Waipa. j The Counties which are not affected ! are Eden and Manakau. j
