BLACKBALL MINING DISPUTE.
GREYMOU'ffi, Last Night. The mining dispute at Blackball which has resolved itself at last to the question of pillar workers and truckers, has been amicably arranged, and a new agreement entered upon, but it is not yet signed. The terms were accepted by the Miners' Union in conference, with th., manager and West-port representatives of the Coal Mine Owners' Association, lato yesterday. Work will be resumed as usual to-day.
