WOOL-CLASSING.
A PROPOSED INSTRUCTOR. The Managers of the Mastcrton Technical School are endeavouring to obtain the services of Mr Edward Lees, a wool-buyer, who is said to be Very well versed in wool matters, as instructor for the wool-class ing classes to he held in connection with the:-school. Mr Lees has had considerable experience in ma::y different parts of the world, and his references are of a'high standard. The Managers have decided to personally interview Mr Lees at an, early date. In connection with the wool classes, Mr H. Nivens, of Tinui, ha? written, stating that jt is desirable to hold a class at Tinui on Saturdays.
It was suggested that classes be formed in several surrounding districts, including Te Wharau, Langdale, Gladstone and Slartinborough. The secretary has been instructed to ascertain what prospects there are for holding classes in the. above places.
