ANOTHER DREADNOUGHT LAUNCHED. (Received Last Night, 10.5 o'clock.) LONDON, March 30. Mrs Lewis Harcouit' launched, at Elswick to-day, the Dreadnought '"Monarch," which lias a displacement of 22,700 tons, is 548 feet in length, and 88 feet in beam. She carries ten 13.5 inch guns for a torpedo defence battery, 24 four-inchers, and three tubes firing 21-irich torpedoes. Her horse-pawer is 27,000, and she has a speed of 21 knots.
