(Received Last Night, 9.25 o'clock.) SYDNEY, March 30. The Federal Government contemplates building warships locally. The Acting-Premier, Mr Holman, received a communication from the Common wealth authorities asking whether'and on what terms a second class cruiser and three destroyers could be built in the Government dock at Cockatoo Island.
