A BRILLIANT ASSEMBLY

ROME, March 27
King Victor Emanuel, Queen Helene, and the Royal princes took part in a procession from the Quirinal to the Capitol. The streets were crowded. There was a brilliant assemblage at the Senatorial Hall.
Senor Nathan, the Socialist Mayor of Rome, in a speech, eulogised the founders of Italy.
