WELLINGTON SENIOR CHAMPIONSHIP.

WELLINGTON, Last Night. The senior cricket championship round was finished on Saturday, East A proving the premier team on the season's play. In the games concluded on Saturday Central A, 173 and 204, heat East A, 164 and 105; North heat South hy nine wickets, 139 and one for 105, to 166 and 72; East B won from Central Bhy seven wickets, scoring 200 and 45 for three wichets, to the losers 117 and 126.

The annual match between the staffs of the Wairarapa Daily Times and the Wairarapa Age was played on the Masterton Park Oval on Saturday last, and resulted in .a win for the Age team by 107 runs, only one innings being played.
