At the wool sales a good, selection of tcrossbreds met with keen competition, all sorts being firm. To date, .130,370 bales have been catalogued, of -which 123,888 have been sold, Arakini top, 10£ d, average,-.9£d;/ES over T., top 13d,'average, lOd; Mooriki, top,J.4d, average, ll|d; Hakateramea, top, 13Jd, average, 12fd.
