AUCKLAND, Last. Night,
At the Police Court to-day, John Graham, occupier of a lodging-house in the icity, was fined £SO, or in default a month's imprisonment, for sly grog selling; .His housekeeper, Isabella Mitchell, was fined £5, or seven days' .imprisonment. Harry Smith, of Parnell, who was convicted of. four similar offences, was finedi £IOO, or in default a month's imprisonment. ,
