Sir Ernest Shackleton'paid a geherous; tribute. to.'. Dr: Douglas Mason in connection with/ his proposed Antarctic/exploration. He. added that Australasia had given the first official help to the 1907; expedition,; and he hoped the Home Country would; not bo backward in showing sympathy with the Australian expedition.
