LETTER FROM MR REDMOND.

LONDON, March 18.
Mr W. Redmond, M.P., Leader of the Nationalist Party, in a letter in Reynolds' Newspaper, cites the granting of autonomy to Alsace-Lor-raine, and the existence in Germany of twenty-five autonomous States.
The article adds:— "Our own colonial experience, especially the latest instance of South Africa, has convinced, me that the time is near when" the successful working of Home Rule in Ireland will be taken as a matter of course."
