The Right Hon. L. Barcourt, in reply to a question in the House of Commons, said the Government proposed that the Imperial Conference should discuss the enforcement anywhere of an Empire commercial award given in another part of the Empire. It would also discuss the extension of the Imperial postal order scheme.
