At the Supreme Court this afternoon, a verdict of guilty was returned! iix the case of Pua Babbir.gton and Ngaoaroa Nuku N'ukuj who were charged with cattle stealing. David Wright was ohargied with a<s•saulit on an old man. Edward Hogan was also found guilty. A list of 25 previous convictions was handed in, and accused was sentenced to twelve months' imprisonment with hard" labour, and an additional throe years' reformative treatment.
