It was recently pointed out in these columns that, for the purpose of the Harbour Board election, the municipal rolls are brougnt up-to-date, 1 biit the County rolls are antiquatrri. ' This aspect of the question was brought under the notice of the Marine Department by the Hawke's Bay County Council."
