SYDNEY, March 7. Kemp is sftill' unable to find the full £50() to put up against Arnst. He is hopeful oT beating Pearce in the forthcoming race for the championship of Australia, and is confident that lie will be able to raise the £SOO. The public is backing Pearce to j-ow a keen race with Arnst. If lie beats Kemp lie proposes immediately arranging a nvaltch with Arnst. '
