LONDON, March 6
The Tariff Reform Commission ' has published" an elaborate memorandum defiling with the Canadian-American agreement. It. includes a report from A. Matthews, London market repor-ter-to the Board of Agriculture, who says that free-trade in meat, in North America may increase the price in Britain. If Germany and Austria open their ports to the Argentine, British consumers may say good-bye to cheap meat for years to come.
THE EXTRA SESSION. (Received Last Night 10.50 o'clock.) NEW YORK, March G. The suddenness of President Taft's call for an extra session startled the Senators, who believed that he was not in earnest. Had they forseen the session they now say they would have passed the reciprocity bill.
