THE FEELING IN CANADA

OTTAWA, March 5. The Manitoba grain-growers declare that there is a real feeling throughout the Provinces in favour of reciprocity with the United States. The growers, demand an increase in British preference up to 50 per cent.

NEW YORK, March 5. Congress has voted for another session. ; Speaking on Saturday, President Taft announced that the session would., probably be commenced on March 15.
