ANTI-FOREIGN AGITATION
BOXER RISING EXPECTED
(Received Last Night, 5.5 o'clock.) PETERSBURG, March 4. The anti-foreign agitation at Mukden, in the north of China, is growing. Proclamations have been issued,, urging the extermination of Europeans. Advices from Vladivostock state that,a Boxer rising is expected. Foreign newspapers in the Far East advise the respective Governments to send troops for the protection of their .subjects.
