A TINUI CASE. A case was, heard in the Magistrate's Ooxirt at Tinui yesterday, before Mr L. G. Reid 1 , S.'M., in which Ernest Osman,. a cook, wa>s charged on two informations wit3i supplying liquor to two Maori women, -contrary to the provisions of the Licensing ,Act. Sergeant Miller prosecuted, and Mr G. H. Oullen appeared for the accused. After hearing the evidence, which was rather contradictory, His Worship gave the defendant the benefit of the doubt, and dismissed both informations.
