VIENNA, February 28. The position of Admiral Montecueeoli, Minister for Marine, has been shaken. He was hoping to secure the support of Hungary in his ship-building programme. He secretly premised '.that a Dreadnought would be ibuilt at Fiume, and that the Hungarians would supply fifty per cent, of the Dreadnought's ammunition. The Austrian/ Government and the Delegation strongly oppose the arrangement.
