CO-OPERATIVE MANUFACTURING -COMPANY.. (Received Last Night, 5.20 o'clock.) MELBOURNE, February 22. In connection, with the strike of implement makers, the strikers are considering a scheme to form a cooperative harvester manufacturing company. It is stated that the necessary capital is available.
