MANY NAJtROW ESCAPES
(Received Last Night, 5.6 o'clock.) LONDON, February 18. A large volume of water, invaded the' Binjell pit at Newcastlo-on-Tyne. Pour hundred men were at work underground when the inrush oct curred. There were many narrow escapes and exciting scenes. The whole of the miners were rescued.
