THE NEW COURTHOUSE.
A MASTERTON TENDER ACCEPTED. Much satisfaction was expressed in Masterton on Saturday when it became known that the tender of Messrs F. King and Son had beeii accepted for the erection of the new Supreme Court and Magistrate's Court buildings. The prioe is said to be slightly over £6OOO. There were, it is stated,- nine tenderers. Messrs King and Son were tlie lowest tenderers when (the tenders were \< first called. The work is to be put ' in hand at once, and wjll probably be completed before next Christmas.
