said Council hereby makes and levies a special rat© of 0.06 pence itt the pound sterling upon the rateable. value, of all rateable property of that port-ion of the said Borough as defined and described in a special order made by the said Council ap- : pearing upon page 103 New Zealand Gazette 1903, and that such special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of such loan and be payable half yearly, on the Thirtieth day of June and the Thirty-firot day of December in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of thirtynsix and a-half years, or until the loan is fully paid off. The rate of interest to be Three Pounds Ten Shillings (£3 10s) per centum per annum. AND FURTHER PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at a Meeting of the said Council to be held at the Council Chambers, Chapel Street, Masterton, on Wednesday. the 15th day of March next the* foregoing resolutions will be submitted for confirmation.
