P. Schreiner, ex-Premier of C.s >e Colony, in a letter replies to tho Capo Times's criticisms of the statement of Mr Lewis Harcourt, Secretary for the Colonies, that he would never think of comment on Lord Gladstone's exercise of his prerogative. Mr Schreiner supports Mr Harcourt in trusting Lord Gladstone as the'man on the spot.
