MASTERTON STOCK SALE. The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Co., Ltd., report on their usual ■ fortnightly sale held in the Waipoua yards yesterday, as follows:—We submitted a fair yarding of. both sheep and cattle to an average attendance of buyers. Bidding was not brisk, and consequently the sale was rather dragging, but we succeeded, in effecting a total clearance, with the exception of one pen of ewes, at the prices quoted below: Lambs, 7s 3d to 9s; culls, up to 4s 8d; f.'m,' ewes (culls), 6s to 7s 6d; fat ewes, 13s 6d, 2-tooth mixed (small), 9s 6d to 10s 3d. 18-months steers, £2 12s 6d; yearlings, £2 7s; weaner calves, £1 Is to £1 12s 6d.
